Pros +
- We had issues with the water temperature. I brought this to the hotel managers attention and she had excellent customer service and you could tell that she truly cared about the issue. The Hyatt is lucky to have somebody like her!
- Locations was awesome!
Cons -
- Furniture could have been updated in the hotel rooms, specifically the desk and bedside tables. Very dinged up and scratched.
- The lack of a refrigerator in the room was definitely a negative
- Took them a month to remove the "temporary" charge to my credit card.
