Location was great and size of room. Heater was definitely working well, my husband turned it up and got really warm fast had to turn it down.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was inexpensive.

Cons -

Water in the shower was only luke- warm turned all the way up. When we arrived back both nights in the evening you could smell marijana in the entry way and especially by the desk area.
Knocking on door before checkout time to advise that room needed to be cleaned
The T.V. didn't work-Direct TV was out, no option for local channels. The breakfast room was filled with what looked like exrea furniture. The hotel advertisements brag on a breakfast.

There were things from previous guests in the drawers of the dresser and the refrigerator had not been cleaned in some time. Also, Fox news constantly on in the lobby.
