The ONLY good thing about the room I had was the location of the property.

fuse blew in the middle of me getting dressed, remote was broken and phone was broke
The staff is ignorant and hostile. They don't want to help with anything. Walls are paper thin and rooms are gross and dirty. You would do better to sleep in your car or the hallway of an abandoned building.
The room I paid for was nasty; mildew on/around the sink and faucet. The air conditioner vents were absolutely disgusting and the room had an odor. The TV was rigged so there was NO football games although this was Sunday. I would not stay here if the

Staff very nice and welcoming. Room was updated and clean.

Crack in the door big enough that we could fit a finger in between it and the door jam. Located next to the Metra line, so noisy early morning.
