- The friendliness of the reservation clerk upon checking in.
Cons -
- Reserved a king room got a double bed. And it was dirty
- I felt and experienced it did not live up to the name Hilton, so it was false advertising, refrigerator did not work, and bathroom was an econo stay rip off.
- Learning that the room was not properly cleaned. I found a wash towel in the top of the closet, hair not mine in the sink, and finding a receipt from a state I haven't visited in 8 years.
