- Staff was very friendly and inviting
- Great staff. Clean spacious rooms.
- The location is great! There is a pace bus stop on the corner that easily takes you to the L station. You can do all the fun downtown Chicago stuff without the exorbitant downtown lodging costs.
Cons -
- Had to wait 15 minutes at check in for someone to show. During breakfast, most items were picked over and there was no one replenishing them. The room needed maintained better. Bed side lights did not work, a shelf in the shower about to come off the wall
