- Where do I start...Entryway is clean and looks nice..which is deceiving because when we made it to our room it smelled musty, paint was flaking off the ceiling, tiles where coming off the wall in the bathroom. The outlets by the bed didnt work over night as they didnt charge our phones. The beds were very uncomfortable, so sleep was not great at all. The shower head had horrible pressure so it took forever to rinse my hair. Not to mention the caulking around the tub was full of mold. Will not be staying here again.
- The sheets were dirty, the mattress pad was soiled . When calling the front desk and asked for sheets, I was told" didn't you check in a while ago and now you need sheets. Sheets never came. Wifi would go in and out. Just not a good hotel. Also it smelled of pest spray.
- I had booked the wrong day, management told me id get a refund if i booked the day I needed, so I did, then fought for a refund for 3 weeks after to ger absolutely nothing refunded and I paid for 2 days stay for being there just 1 day.. then the employee admitted that he was scamming me then hung up laughing on week 3-4 of asking for a refund
