- When I arrived way too early as I was going to be busy till late that day, they allowed me to check in early. As a request, I was given aground floor which I needed. I was very appreciative of that.

- The pillows and the air didn?t work
- I hated absolutely everything about this hotel! The bedding was dirty! The mattress was filthy! It smelled like cigarette smoke! The AC kept going out! Tv not functional, coffee maker not clean, toilet was low to the floor! I checked out! Didn?t stay!
- TV didn?t work, reported it twice, guy at front desk at checkout was a flipping jerk, no one made attempt to look at TV and when I said I paid for a room that had working amenities his response was you got the online rate which is $60 below normal.
