Cons -
- The staff was very rude. Myself and my guest were called racial slurs by the owner when we questioned the quality of our room. The room had an infestation of what looked like bed bugs. The hallways also smelled like marajuana.
- Not getting my refund after not staying in the hotel
- We did not stay at this hotel, and want refunded, they would not accept my service animal which is against the law and so someone needs to refund this. I will be deal with legal I had a Dr's note, being 3000 miles from home,thankful the Baymont had a room
