- The pool area was very dirty. Also the rooms can be improved in cleanliness.
- The room has no working phone in room no microwave cracked celling it take 4 hr to get clean towels smh
- very rude and acted racist . Front desk was very rude and unprofessional towards me. Gave me a room in the basement that smelled like wet carpet and mildew. I was not happy at all. Room did get switched. Overall the hotel is nice but front desk has to go
