Quiet, small hotel. Staff were friendly and professional. Stayed one night to attend appointment at Northwestern which was only a mile away. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the ac/heating was quiet.

Cannot adjust the climate control past a few degrees without asking for help from staff. I would have appreciated a full length mirror. I had to stand on a chair (unsafe!) to be able to view myself completely.
