Pros +

  • Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, hotel was clean, close to everything.
  • Employee were top tier
  • The breakfast buffet however, if the choice of meat included plant base or turkey it would have been much better.

Cons -

  • Shower was rotted and some mold.
  • Bug was in my room there was only the desk clerk working.
  • Outside lights were not on at night 3 out 5 nights - security issue. When we told night managers, they said they put it on their list. Night managers did not sit at the front desk. They came out of some back room when they saw us standing there.

Day managers were great. They engaged with us and were attentive to any needs we had. Day managers were 9 out of 10.
Outside lights were not on at night 3 out 5 nights - security issue. When we told night managers, they said they put it on their list. Night managers did not sit at the front desk. They came out of some back room when they saw us standing there.
