Pros +
- The hotel is spotless. The cleaning staff is awesome. The rooms are large.
- I really like that the bedroom wasn't directly connected to a noisy hallway
- There were 2 staff members at the desk who were wonderful. It was a women who checked us in and a man who gave me recommendations for a nail salon
Cons -
- The hotel is outdated. Looks like it hasn?t been remodeled since the 1990s. A few of the front desk folks are wonderful, others are a bit snobby.
- Our hotel room was dirty in many different spots, coffee area, tub, bathroom floor, we were not told that we were supposed to let someone know we wanted breakfast so they could charge the room and the guy came to our table and embarrassed us, and more
- Details, details: Room furniture showed some scratches and the room door had some odd stains on it. The bed was placed below the fan vent of the a/c unit, and blew on my face all night, even after I tried to change the control.
