No bedbugs. And pretty quiet. That's about the best I can say about it.

Nope
The first room had a low battery in the smoke detector causing it to emit a loud beep every 30 seconds. The second room had a non working television. I can live without a TV.
There are Fleas and room smells horrible.

convenient location

the plumbing needs work, 1st room the sink plugged up and then transferred to second room and the same thing the sink plugged up
