Clean and good location
The shower did not work. W head to shower from the water coming from the low key.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. Room cleanliness was only ok.
Bathroom cleanliness. Mold in bathroom shower. Towels were worn and dingy.

Location was nice. Hotel is fairly modern.
NOISE. NOISE. Guest NOISE. First night there after LOOOONG DRIVE, the noise was terrible. Unsupervised children running up and down the hallway yelling. My wife went to the front desk to complain and was told there was nothing that could be done because it wasn't "quiet hour" which didn't start until 11pm. Malarkey. It's YOUR hotel; YOU can tell guests to be quiet any time you want. Additionally, the first floor room is poorly insulated; bigfoot stayed in the room above and stomped-stomped-stomped every night we were there. Even turning on the A/C fan to run all night didn't help. Setting my iPad to a brown noise loop and turning the volume up didn't help. And the last night there was even worse. I recorded a short clip of - surprise! - children (this time WITH their parents) running up and down the hallway outside our door yelling. Parents were oblivious (and it was after 10pm - but not after 11pm "quiet time". WE WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN.

Very clean hotel, comfortable beds, nice breakfast and coffee/ cookies in the evening. The staff was very friendly.
My only suggestion would be to add recycling bins for cans and water bottles
