We stayed on the top floor that was recently remodeled. It was absolutely beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The view was amazing. All of the staff were very helpful and very kind. The hotel itself was beautiful and the bar was also very pretty. The sangria & food were also great. We had a wonderful stay and we highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was tasty with a decent amount of options and children’s menu. The avocado toast and fresh fruit was delicious.
The furnishings in the room are older and there is some wear and tear.

The staff was amazing. So friendly and accommodating. The location is good - close to restaurants, the train, and other tourist things.
The property could use a little updating and better maintenance.

Really good location and very walkable area. Rooftop balcony had great views and restaurant was nice. Staff was nice.
Pool was closed, the beds in the room were slightly uncomfortable considering the price of the room. Beds had tears in the leather when we first got there. I think the 100/per day incidentals were a bit much since most places only charges 100 for the entire stay.

The hotel is wonderful! We had a terrific time in Chicago. For sure It became much better because of Kate (front desk) and Spirol. They turned our trip more pleasant and enjoyable. Coffee and tee at the lobby everyday was a nice start for the day. Our room was so comfy and It was been well cleaned in our entire stay. We use the hotel bikes. They weren’t new but perfectly useful for one day. I truly recommend this hotel!

The room was comfortable, cozy beds. The morning coffee and tea was nice. Staff very friendly. Rooftop terrace had nice view.
Absolutely no view from the room, blocked by other building. Nothing to see. The carpet was dirty (needed vacuumed), but I think it may have been because workers installed a TV before we got there. There was glitter, food, and garbage on the carpet. The room was a little warm.

Everything was great in this proper hotel! It was clean and kept daily, beds were comfortable, excellent noise insulation, good A/C, well maintained room and facilities. Very centric!
Pillows could be better, they were too thick. Called to ask if they had any other types and they had not.

Very good location, nice views, really friendly, helpful staff.
The carpet in the room needs a deep cleaning and the bedhead a new cover. Some dusty corners.
