Friendly and great location.
We were in a handicap room which was nice but the shower leaked immensely.

Great Location, and it felt safe. The staff like Simon was very helpful. Also Chen from the kitchen was amazing.

Staff was very accommodating and mostly friendly. Breakfast had a great assortment. Rooms were clean and well kept. Beds were super comfortable.
Registration is chaotic especially between 4pm and 6pm. Valet parking is extra, but worth it. They keep the front area of the hotel moving, but it can be a nightmare. The valet gentlemen are pleasant and efficient, and not having to find parking is a plus in the area. Close to many attractions and amenities, is expensive in the area. Will definitely return to this hotel soon.

Breakfast was great! Overall cleanliness of room was good.
Toiletries in room was very limited. Sofa bed had no extra sheets. Pillows were not comfy.

Great location, plenty to see, the location has all of the great food places to eat. The navy pier is less then 2min drive. Like I said great location!!
My only issue was the elevators, as well as the maintenance. 3 hotels in one building can cause a bite of congestion in the lobby. I will definitely book again.

The room was clean.
It was very noisy constant loud music and we were on the 9th floor. Loud hallways. We could hear doors slamming, people yelling and being loud in the hall. They gave us a room that already had people staying in it. We had to go back and get a different room.

Hotel itself was great. Staff checked-in daily via text message which I liked. But when I noticed a problem they never responded which was a little disappointing. It was back and forth good communication until I stated a small problem with the room.

Breakfast was varied with good selection. Car was easy to valet and check in was pretty seamless. Staff were helpful with directions/tips about the area/recommendations. Room was clean and tidy upon arrival. Pretty quiet floor - I was on the 19th.
Valet was pricy, lobby could be a little confusing (make sure you know which hallway to use for your hotel as there are 3 in this location)

I think the location is great. Pricing is great. I loved the clean room and comfy beds.
The valet area could be marked a bit better.
