Concierge was super helpful and friendly to my daughter who arrived on an earlier flight than the rest of us.

Cons -

I didn?t like that breakfast was not included for that type of money but it being a four or five star hotel I didn?t like that the refrigerated didn?t keep my food or medication cold
The bathroom sink was a little clogged.
my room had a high pitched noise

STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL FROM CHECK IN TO CHECK OUT. THE VALET WAS EXCEPTIONAL, FRONT DESK STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGABLE.
