Great location, all the amenities you need for a great stay

Spacious suite, with a kitchen. Very clean and modern. Quiet, lovely city view. The bed was super comfortable and clean. Large, clean bathroom and modern shower. Breakfast was hot. Waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, muffins, etc. Delicious coffee, too. I highly recommend.

Our room key didn't get us out of the parking garage as it was supposed to. We had to call the front desk for help twice.

No kettle in the room

The staff was very friend and courteous throughout stay. The hotel is beautiful and well located in city. The room was amazing in terms of space, having a kitchen and fridge, and just a lot of windows as I had a corner room.

I arrived on Thursday, and the breakfast was great with fresh fruit, Chia cups, assortment of yoghurt and more. The next days up to weekend, they reduced and reduced. Having less diversity on the weekend, which is usually when they should have more out. I asked, no they have no Chia cups or fresh cut fruit like Thursday. And only when it was Monday, did they restock that. A hotel on the weekend, should be prepared for the full breakfast options. Was disappointing to not have it throughout the whole stay. My room was amazing space wise, but the mattress had a major body dent and very uncomfortable. Needing to be substituted for a new mattress. The mattress was bumpy from so many uses prior.

I found a live bed bug in my bed on the last day of my stay. I immediately reported it to the front desk and showed evidence, but the hotel claimed the inspection was negative, even though I have a video of the bug. They only offered a partial refund on one night out of 3, which was very disappointing. Guests deserve transparency and assurance that matters like this are taken seriously. I hope the hotel will take stronger steps in the future to ensure rooms are pest- free

The view from the roof wasn't as I expected. All we say were other buildings blocking views of downtown Chicago.

I loved everything about this hotel, including the location! Breakfast was included in the stay, and I was able to check in early for a small fee which was great after a long day of travel. The rooms were spacious, extremely clean, and comfortable. It was also nice to have a full kitchen setup including refrigerator and microwave. I also happened to leave a blanket with great sentimental value in the room. The front desk staff were able to grab the blanket and hold it for me to pick up at the front desk when I returned from my trip. That was so thoughtful and made my long travel itinerary easier. I will be staying here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel in a great are, great amenities, and reasonably priced.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen area was nice but didn't use except for microwave and fridge. Perfect location, and within walking distance to shops, bars, and restaurants.

I thought the $58 charge to park in their parking garage was a little high considering the price of the room, but the convenience was great.
