Pros +

  • I loved everything about this hotel. The staff is absolutely amazing. The front desk employees are the best I?ve seen at a hotel. Hotel employee that works at the front desk is heaven sent. She made sure I was ok my entire stay for the days that she worked.
  • Historic architecture inside and out. Great view of State Street.
  • location and friendliness of the staff

Cons -

  • The only thing that I did not like is the fact that they have no microwave
  • The bathroom in my room smelled like smoke. There were black hairs in my bathroom. My mini fridge wasn?t cold enough. They sneakily charged me an amenity fee that they didn?t tell me about and then refused to refund it.
  • hotel has a lot of charm and charter, but I think going to key cards over traditional keys would be beneficial
