- The location and front desk customer service.

- The worst hotel experience I've ever. The staff were incredibly rude and argumentative was given a room that was in poor condition, and to make matters worse, I found a cigarette in my car.

- Valet was nowhere to be found while line of cars sat outside, no room service menu in our room so called the number and asked for one. Never brought it, called back and asked about ordering and they said they were closed. Room was dirty and run down.
