The Willows Hotel

Walking distance to many great things. Long walk to Wrigley. Very courteous and helpful staff.

Nothing really to say that I didn't like. If I had to find something, the toilet kind of had tight quarters but that's a me problem.

Aiai the smell when you enter moisture moisture That dark carpet in those long long hallways. It’s clean but far from cozy.

The location is great. The building itself is very appealing.

There was a mild mildew smell in the hallway. We had to keep the blinds closed due to the proximity to a parking garage and apart building.

The location is great. Close to many restaurants and the lake. Located on a quiet street. The staff was so kind and answered all question immediately. They were always ready to help kept the lobby clean and welcoming. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean.

Great location, on a pretty street. Fresh coffee every morning with a cozy lobby or a bench outside, to enjoy. Easy access to buses. Overnight parking on Broadway, just steps from the hotel.

I had the last room in the hallway, and the bathroom was cramped.

Location was great, walking distance to restaurants and parking. Exterior and lobby very well kept. Very nice decor in lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed , although small, was comfortable.

$400 for a 10x 12 room with a full size bed was not what I was expecting from this boutique hotel. The hallways were extremely dark. It would be nice if there were grab bars in shower so nobody slips and falls. Water pressure in shower could be better. No coffee in room.
