Great location , comfortable rooms , basic amenities were there .

Location is prime, our room view on 29th floor was magnificent! Rooms were comfortable. We didn’t eat breakfast there but the restaurant looked neat

Swimming pool was way too small and the fact that it was not open made it not useful for us. You think a gorgeous hotel like this should have a stunning pool!

Central city area, walking distance to most places. Save for family.

First let me say the bell Captains (whatever you call the folks who help get cabs etc) were phenomenal. So helpful and got us cabs amazingly! Kept track of what we were doing. And so friendly. All the staff we interacted with were helpful. Love the view from our room looked over the river and the location. Figured out how how to get up and down to the river walk! And walked it a lot. Being close to the river walk was great. Overall location very good and easy walk or cab to everything. Hotel was really beautiful and lots of activity. Room was decorated nicely and nicely appointed with amenities. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms set up nicely for 4 people and all their stuff.

Nothing. But A refrigerator in the room would be great.

The room that I got, it was very dirty under the bed very dusty bedding were dirty One of the beds was missing. A blanket was not the same as the other the bed.

My key did not work to open the room door twice and they make me come downstairs and took forever for them to fix it. I told him if they could do it faster. I have my kid in the hallway upstairs. That wanted to use the bathroom, but they were just keep telling me to hold on. First was a girl then it was a guy and then he went and asked help another girl. It was 3 different people and they couldn’t get fixed my key

The location was excellent. Right on the river and close to magnificent mile.

The rooms are small and outdated for the price.

The hotel is in a great location, we had a nice room, and the view of the river and lake was amazing.

The refrigerator was a beverage refrigerator and was not plugged in. Very weird. Why even have that in the room? We would have appreciated a functioning small refrigerator.

I like the breakfast it was good the staff was nice and friendly. I like the multiple elevators and gym there too.

I didn’t like the smell of my room when I first got there it smelled really bad. I didn’t like the shower its just open it does close to it was cold while showering and I didn’t like they didn’t send me deposit back I didn’t even smoke in the room I hate smoking.
