Perfect location, friendly staff, very safe neighborhood

Few options in the restaurant of the hotel.

I liked the location and surrounding area.

I enjoyed the lobby area and gym facilities. The staff was very helpful and nice. They also offered a shuttle service.

Fantastic location if you don't want to be in the middle of town, but still want to be close enough to get to town easily. No street noise whatsoever. Perfectly clean, fantastic housekeeping and extremely helpful and accommodating front desk staff. Great beds, linens, and pillows. Nice size rooms with plenty of living space, and TONS of drawer + wardrobe space. Nice big TV (but it's insanely bright and can't be adjusted).There is a Starbucks, a boutique food court, and a Panera within quick walking distance.

Quiet area, but hotel is not exactly soundproof -- easy to hear neighbors through the walls or connecting doors. Door closers should be adjusted so they don't slam by default. Housekeeping begins rounds WAY too early in the morning, causing noise.Upstairs "lounge" (it's just a TV room with a microwave and some snacks) is now inexplicably for "status members only" *and* closed completely on the weekends. Neither of those was the case a year ago. Did you order some delivery food and want to have a real table to sit at while you eat? TOO BAD, YOU PATHETIC PLEB! Maybe if you studied harder in school, you could have access to our ultra-elite Concierge Lounge ?Parking is $40/night. For the price of the rooms these kind of things should be included.Elevators are extremely slow and need some maintenance attention. The keycard sensor in the elevators is temperamental with cards and the mobile app "mobile key" feature barely works at all, anywhere. Wifi is iffy at best.Sinks are very poorly designed, the faucet is right at the back lip of the sink basin so you're constantly bumping your hands into it + splashing water all over. I understand this is pretty annoying to fix, but again for the price these kind of obvious problems should not be present.

room was clean and neat, everything available such as towels. TV wasn't working called front desk and maintenance was there within a few minutes and while it took awhile, TV was eventually fixed

restaurant was closed - don't know if that was due to latest COVID restrictions or other reason

location, nice facility and staff, restaurant has great breakfast buffet,business center has use of computer (there was and extra fee to use internet but I did not use it as I felt business center two computers were adequate)

Expensive parking fee for parking vehicle in lot: It seems excessive to me. I ended up parking one day in hospital parking lot across street to try to avoid high fee. The other day I used the hotel parking lot because of better security.

Rooms were clean and spacious. A lot of complimentary stuff like coffee, toiletries , etc. I liked how the room was arranged and organized. Also it's just 4 miles from downtown and very close to bus stop and Polk pink line station.

The restaurant closes at 10:30pm. I once returned at 11 and ordered dominos as I had no option. No complimentary break fast.
