Pros +
- Different size bottles for the shower soaps. Towels thick and absorbent. Bed duvet great. Liked having two chairs and excellent reading lamps.
- Cleaning services, friendliness of front of house, location
- friendly and helpful front desk and valet staff
Cons -
- Took long to reach the desired room temperature.
- Tea and coffee could be improved. Choice of tea was pretty poor - at least one 'normal black tea' would be nice.
- cleaning crew were yelling in the hallways before 10AM - given we had a late night, this was extremely frustrating
