The location was perfect

There was constant hammer/slamming/pounding due to extensive construction on the hotel, this is not what was presented on bookings.The breakfast which was part of the package I selected was mediocre at best though wait staff were lovely.I was quoted $596 INCLUDING tax for our 2-night stay which is astronomical for the ridiculous construction noise....but I see I was charged nearly $700!!!!! I feel like I was robbed.

Location was great

No hot tub, and the clientele during the day when a party was going on. The guests were in the lobby being rambunctious, and distributive. The staff at no point tried to correct them. Also during check in, the night receptionist did nothing to inform us about our stay, the amenities or the property,

Close to the airport, free shuttle, big room and bathroom with good amenities, comfortable bed, and there are a lot of food places nearby.

Property was great. Nice lobby, bar/ restaurant area comfortable nice room

This was beyond their control. Power outage from early morning until early afternoon. So pretty chilly until heat came back on Only thing I recommend is for emergency lights in the room hallways- the lobby and the room had emergency lighting but one had to use a flashlight in the hallways- very unsafe!

Lounge not available though out day and parking

Size of rooms was good, furniture was comfortable, linens were above average. Staff were prompt and friendly. Location was perfect for accessing the Midway Airport. Snacks from the lobby shop were good too. Early check-in was allowed without hesitation.

Parking lot was full, probably due to the airport proximity. TV was a little small for the room and the channel options were limited. No Streaming option was available, but is desired.

Very close Midway Airport. Generous parking facilities. Well presented hotel. Generous sized rooms.

Breakfast not included in the booking. Though it would be part of the offer at that price.

Location was excellent. But the breakfast was a little pricey for what it was.

More of a selection for the breakfast. $23.00 was kind of high per person and they had no items for residen who don't eat pork

There was some confusion on one of the rooms and I had to spend an extra 325 dollars because your staff member told me the wrong room number on the room for one night. I had 3 rooms. 1 for one night and 2 for two nights and when I checked out Noone told me that the room was reserved for two nights and my guest were locked out of their room and I had to pay 325 just so they could sleep that night because the room numbers were messed up and the staff was no help in resolving. The only fix was to charge me for another night when I had a room empty that was paid for. I feel like if I don't get reimbursed for that room I will never stay with this group again. Thanks to your staff my trip was very stressful for me and my guest and we come to Chicago 3 or 4 times a year to visit family.
