The staff was just as friendly as always. Very helpful and accommodating. The location is always the best. First time using shuttle service and the whole experience was awesome.
I have stayed at the hotel many times over the years. This is the frist time my room was not very clean. And the first time trash was over flowing in the lobby. I would still consider frequenting the hotel, i just noticed differences since February.

Clean rooms. The lobby area wasn't the best. Good breakfast.
Paying for parking in the open outdoor parking lot. It was like having to pay for parking when you go to the grocery store. The paid parking didn't offer any guarantee of security.

Our stay was great. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was spacious and very clean. Location was easy to get to the airport. Breakfast was delicious and a large variety of items, also very clean.

My whole experience at the hotel was excellent. Best hotel I¿ve been to so far. The breakfast was clean with a lot of options. The staff was really nice and welcoming. The room was very clean. I really liked the Dove products in the bathroom.

Excellent location, convenient shuttle from and to the airport, clean rooms and hearty breakfast. Also close to a number of dining options.
Grab and go breakfast option for travelers with an early flight would have been great.

Very clean rooms.
My room had no curtains or black out shades. Sun shine through in morning. Couldn’t sleep late.
