DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago Midway Airport, IL

My room was clean and spacious. I liked that to access rooms you had to use your room key on the elevator. The breakfast was delicious and I liked that the room was cleaned daily.

The hotel bar/restaurant was a complete failure. At 8:30 at night it was going to be a 1.5 hour wait to get food. Decided to go to the bar, and no one came to serve us. Not one person even addressed us. It was not that busy at the bar so we just left.

The hotel very nice, clean, and the staff were friendly. The location and parking were excellent.

The outdoor patio looked nice, but it catered to smokers. There was an ashtray on every table, and many people were smoking. There wasn¿t an area outside for a non-smoker to enjoy.

The staff. They were excellent. The attitudes, personalities, and friendliness every time I interacted with them was awesome. Alissa front desk clerk; she is perfect for that job and does it well. Room was very comfortable I slept well. Great place!!

The rooms had thin walls- could hear people in the hall in the early morning.

Staff was less that friendly, had a 6 night stay and even after asking/setting up cleaning day we had to ask again after day 3 for room cleaning service and extra towels. I had 2 rooms during this stay.
