- It was dirty the floor was sticky and the whole room smelled of mold. The bathroom was dirty with flies and I was charged for a room when I didn’t even stay there.
- Front desk staff were not accommodating . They said early checkin not available and it was only 30 degrees outside and snowing . Had to be back at work for five and earliest check in would be 3pm although parking lot was empty. I booked as a pay when u arrive and check in . I never checked in and was assured my card wouldn’t be charged . I was charged
