- Very clean. Staff were cordial and helpful.
- Friendly staff. Hotel was very clean. Very good breakfast (very clean serving and dining area, with a very orderly layout of food and utensils).
- Ana at the front desk was friendly, cheerful and informative. Great greeter at check in!
Cons -
- The fragrance used in the lobby area is overpowering. It's a nice enough scent, but just REALLY strong. The hotel is nicely maintained, so it doesn't need that much of a scent to cover up other odors.
- The fragrance used in the hallways is WAY too strong, and it seeps into the guest rooms. The hotel is very clean, so the overpowering fragrance is not necessary. One bed mattress was not comfortable.
