  • The location and easy access.
  • We did not stay here. The manager kicked us out with threats of having us arrested before giving us the room, because we tried to request a handicap accessible room days in advance and asked for a refund after being told to leave.
  • Location and breakfast was a really good spread with a lot of options.

Cons -

  • to many dogs running around this facility and some of the grout in the shower is white and some black so I think that indicates mold
  • Too many doors slamming shut repeatedly during my stay plus construction noise from the room right next door to mine. Staff members need to close the doors QUIETLY. It takes a second more to do this and would be appreciated by guests.
  • We were treated very poorly. Accused of being aggressive (NOT) when we requested a refund for the room, which was paid for in advance. Were not allowed to stay at hotel by manager. Lost $$$ for services not rendered

Location and breakfast was a really good spread with a lot of options.
Had to have my room key reset all but once, visited the desk 5x?s to have this done. Had to go ask for a pool key as the room key wouldn?t work. The room smelled skunky when we got there and during our stay, front desk was neutral about it.
