- No pool and no notice before hand about that. The tv sucked to getting channels, the restaurant closes to early, took along timw to get hot water in the shower
- No staff, no room service, no one licks the phone. They don’t check if the last person in the room setup the alarm clock.

The common space was festive and dressed for the holidays. We had a fabulous dinner at Johnny’s! The room temperature was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom was exceptional for getting ready. The staff was wonderful, kind and hilarious! Looking forward to staying there again!
