- The staff was pleasant when issues mentioned and open to suggestions of items that needed attention. I was changed to a different room when it was noted that heating unit didn't work.
- Comfortable room
- Staff was kind and helpful.
Cons -
- "Hot Deal" overrated. 1st room -non-working heater; door lock broken. 2nd room: plastic bag over ceiling smoke alarm, no remote control, cloz on bathroom hook, shower soap dispenser empty. Door lock inconsistent - stayed in room so not locked out.
- They need to wash the floor and fix the bath plug.
- A guest left towels outside their room. The towels set for 3 days.
