Pros +
- Wonderful people, very good service, decent breakfast.
- The staff was friendly and helpful.
- The front desk clerk at check was awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable. She smiled and greeted me as soon as I came in. Great location.
Cons -
- I was in room 200 which is on the corner of the building facing Milwaukee Ave.. The walls must be fairly thin as I could hear cars and trucks driving by throughout the night. It made it difficult to fall and stay asleep.
- It comes off as old - maybe could use new lighting, but otherwise fine.
- The furniture and carpet were very old, worn and dirty. I had to cover the chairs with towels to even consider sitting in them. The room didn't smell fresh at all.
