- The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was very good, it had a lot of options

- The upgrade was nice , due to the inconvenience.
Cons -
- being able to hear people talking in the hallway as they walked by.
- Yes, the initial room they gave me. When opening the doors, beds not made, trash in the cans. No room service was done!
- Staff at front desk not friendly. We stayed 3 nights and front desk staff always cold, acting bored, unable to help with issues in the room such as broken heater in living room, very flimsy HC shower seat, key cards kept inactivating.
