Clean, quiet, very comfortable bed!

Outside pool? I was, and my daughters & their teammates were very disappointed. I was absolutely shocked the pool was outside, especially in Iowa.

Everything weas clean and very welcoming. There was even a great smell as you walked in that was a nice touch.

And indoor pool would have been nice but overall nothing to change.

Only complaints were the hallways smelled weird, a sewer type smell at times and the breakfast hours felt limited.

Room size and general decor were great. Staff very friendly. breakfast room nice... a simple breakfast, but good for the overall rental price. I would consider staying again.

Air Con was quite noisey. it's not central AC, but a split system, and motor outside, and fan air inside are both farily noisey. It was a cheap AC unit. Sofa lounge material is very synthetic, but OK. at one stage for a few minutes, things on the desk were vibrating... I thought it was a mini earth quake/ tremmer at first. Then i realised it must have been some big washing machine vibrating my whole room. So a low cost construction building. I would never use that builder again, as I've never experienced anything like it, except in Taipei city when an earthquake level 4 happened :)

It smelled incredible, breakfast was the best ever. Outsole were nice. Very clean and comfortable.

A bit of a sulfur smell in the bathroom. Room was by pool so had noisy kids for a while. Need thicker stiffer pillows as an option but maybe they had them I just didn’t ask.

The property was very clean and fresh! The staff that we interacted with were all great!

We just wished that breakfast would have been available earlier. We were in town for a sports tournament and had to be at the sports facility at 7am both days and missed out on breakfast. All other places we have traveled to for tournaments have breakfast starting at 6am for those unlucky athletes that draw the early games.

This is a very new property, in a great location. It’s very clean and quiet. While I wasn’t driving my electric vehicle I did like that they have chargers right outside. The staff was friendly. The breakfast is a typical hotel offering. The price was competitive but not an exceptional value. I would definitely stay again.

The smell of the hotel when you walked in was fresh smelling. Everything in our room was very clean. Breakfast was good and hot. Overall very satisfied and will go back again.

The cleanliness, the beds, pillows my room was very cozy. The staff were very nice. I wish I had been staying more than one night.

I had trouble getting it on the Uber App since it's new.

Brand new beautiful property a short distance from the Des Moines airport. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!

Nothing not to like

Breakfast was AWESOME. Probably one of the best breakfasts we've had at any stay. Serving and dining areas were well organized and clean. Comfortable seating areas.

Room #306 - Door would not latch, deadbolt would not engage. Had to use the door stop flipper (?) to bar any entry in to the room overnight.

We got there in the evening for an early morning flight out of DSM. Great service and coffee was ready at 4:30AM!

Everything about this place was exceptional. Our stay felt so warm and homey, we’d definitely come back. The staff was also very nice!
