- Clean & neat rooms & bath rooms. Fantastic, customer service-oriented staff. Friendly, accommodating & courteous. Great breakfasts - despite the other comments. Ignore them - NO BIG ISSUES OR GRIPES! A Great Place to Stay!!
- Location - the only hotel of any size in the town.

Cons -
- It could use some updating: worn carpet in the hallways, "edge dirt" in select areas of the halls and rooms. Toilets too low for us older folks. Again, NO BIG ISSUES OR GRIPES!
- It is not kept up well. The bathroom sink had a big crack in it. Not appetizing! There should be no excuse for leaving something like that.
- Room was very muggy and I was told that the whirlpool was working. I was misled by staff on the phone
