Friendliness of the staff and the location to the Caves
Near the interstate hwy, quiet, decent breakfast.
Very good room for the price. Very good breakfast

Cons -

Room was not well furnished, the curtains did not keep the parking lot lights from shining into our room.
Room need touch up of paint. Staff said would be around but wasn?t present. No elevator.
I paid extra not to be in a handicap room and they put me in one anyways, no adjustment to the bill....I asked 3 times how much the hold was and was told "just a couple of dollars" next morning I was told it was $250 .....
