Pros +

• Everything
• No breakfast, but there is a kitchenette
• Parking was good. Bathroom had a bath tub. Pillows were comfortable.

Cons -

• Floor could be cleaner.
• I booked a room for 06/29/2025 to 06/30/2025 on the website and arrived at 5am to check in for work related reasons. I spoke to the reception lady, she had poor manors and gave me excuse after excuse on reasons why I had to check out at 11am on 06/29/2025 to her she stated "The website still states its 06/28/2025." Even though the receipt for the hotel room clearly shows the date as 06/29/2025. Feeling defeated and tired, I just went along and waited until the next morning to figure out the situation. Opon entering my room, Pubic hairs were found on my "Clean toilet". Juice stains were in the tub. Towels were dirty and has previous food dried into them. Bed had chip crumbs in the sheets. Dead cockroach was found in the "Ice container". The next morning I spoke to booking.com to confirm that my checkout was supposed to be June 30th. Instead I was treated terrible by being told "Mame why would you check in early if you wanted the room you should've checked in at 11am". I was shocked because I had called the hotel ahead of time and explained I am out of town for work and need a room, they told me that was they have "24/7 check in" I mentioned the uncleanliness and they told me that there's nothing they can do for me. There was also no breakfast offered or set out for any of the hotel guest. I was asked to check out at 10:45 which was 15 minutes early to the check out time because they needed to do "Housekeeping" Worse experience and $86 down the drain.
• Bathroom lighting VERY poor. Can barely see. Floor very slick when wet.
