Pros +
- We ended up with an upgrade due to our room type being sold out. They were very accommodating and helpful to make sure we still had what we needed.
- Room was big and clean
- Pool area was nice
Cons -
- The pool area needs some updates, but still a great area to hang out with groups that are traveling together.
- I would never stay here again because of that pool. Screaming, and I mean hysterical screaming, started at 8 am and went on until midnight. Kids were running and stomping through all levels of the hotel and their negligent parents were too drunk to care.
- BED BUGS, poor management
