That they gave us a refund right away
Got a room quickly, got exactly what I expected & had a good night's sleep
They had a nice TV

Cons -

The bed did not have a blanket. There was hair all over the tub. The Jacuzzi that we paid $50 extra for to have in our room had trash and hair all over it. The website said they had an indoor pool but when we got there the pool had been broke for years.
Can definitely hear what is happening around you but not above what you would expect considering
The roaches, door was broken, room was DIRTY, mattress was nasty, staff at front desk was rude. Pretty much everything offered wasn?t even there (no microwave or fridge in room, no pool, no breakfast). The hotel smelled bad and was all in all just nasty!
