- They worked with me during check in since I didn?t have my physical card (due to waiting on a new one to come in) and check out since it was an abrupt check out
- The price.
- Comfortable clean and quiet bed, room, hot tub for the price!
Cons -
- The bed bugs, lying staff member and the fact that I haven?t received a refund
- Shower didn?t drain, took literally to get warm.
- Just a little wear and tear, but not a problem.
