Hotel employee was amazing- fantastic customer service!
Front desk reception

Cons -

Did not get the walk in shower I requested
They put me in a handicap room. I dont park in handicap spaces so its ridiculous to have me occupy a handicap room when an actual HANDICAPPED PERSON might need it!! Oh, and zero snow removal on sidewalks.
