Proximity to volcano national park and the grounds themselves are very well-maintained. You feel like you're in a rainforest and it's so quiet & peaceful.

Cons -

Hot tub was down for repair
Probably the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in, when it comes down to it a hotel is there to give you a place to get a good night's sleep and that was not the case at all here. Also, the on-site restaurant is super noisy.
