- Location and breakfast hostess.?the ONLY staff onsite.
- Its proximity to the volcano national park
Cons -
- No communication re lack of water prior to check in. Repaired/resolved quickly, but lack of any personnel onsite made these circumstances very distressing. Poor outdoor lighting & road signage made arrival after dark very challenging.
- The continental breakfast was not what was pictured on the website. The amount of food was pretty sparse.
