The adjacent towers (Marriott's Maui Ocean Club, Molokai, Maui and Lanai Towers) will undergo multiple renovation projects from approx. March 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, and again September 13, 2025 through December 12, 2025. Anticipate construction noise in the area and intermittent impacts to resort amenities. Please be aware that the Hawaii Electric Company has notified us of periodic power outages that may impact our resort from time to time. Due to these potential outages, guests are advised to travel with any necessary items you may need in the event of a power outage. Renovation work of the Villa will be carried out from 23/08/25 to 16/12/25.
