- Very noisy in the hallway, the room door needs to be sealed better, I can see lights thru the edge
- The front desk agent did not let us know about the construction going on above our 11th floor room. When we decided to shower there was no hot water. At this point we asked to change rooms and we were moved to the 6th floor. Sad experience
