Great location,close to shops and transport and fairly quiet.

No real complaints

It needs to be updated and deep cleaned. Location is good and convenient

Convenient location, close to shops and restaurants. Pretty comfortable for a group of 4, has all the amenities we needed. En-suite laundry is a plus. Used the pool a couple of times during our stay.

Stayed here a couple years ago, price has tripled.

Location is great. It is in a central location near the international market place and a block away from the beach. The security team was very helpful with an issue I had with my rental car not starting due to battery issue.

Customer service could be better, my first time there it was great. This last visit, they were more argumentative. I had an issue with my parking being reassigned to someone else in the middle of the stay. Waikiki beach condos didn’t answer their phone; I contacted security for help. Person from Waikiki beach condos tried to argue with me about it after the fact when I called to check out. It was unnecessary security helped with their contact from the condos; however, customer service argued they shouldn’t have because they don’t work for Waikiki beach condos.

Like the security, decent location, comfy bed

No staff or lack there of, no directions to even tell you how to check in and had to have a stranger tell us how, never seen anyone !! Left message on phone for questions and no one got back to us ,rooms are very outdated and falling apart, couldn’t open the window, phone in room wouldn’t work no one to voice your concerns either it would be nice if there was a name on the building !! Circled the block several times to even find it

I like the location and big space, very clean and laundry, parking lot very safe because i have a spot to parking already reserved.

Great location, good gym, parking available ( and free) , good rooftop outdoor pool and bbq area.

Curtains / blinds didn’t block out light , air con unit effective but very loud

Great location, undercover secure parking included, friendly staff, self contained unit. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The roll-out bed was very bad. The mattress was an inner spring with a very thin sheet covering the springs, no padding. Extremely uncomfortable and I spent 6 sleepless nights on it. The unit is dated, but is good value for money.

Beautiful location, close to Waikiki beach, offers a lot of coffee & breakfast places around. Staff was friendly even when we arrived way earlier (because of the flight) and they managed to clean both apartments we rented super quickly (for 8 of us). The only thing is that most of the rooms have a double bed, sofa and folding bed which we didnt know but that is completely our fault, has nothing to do with the host and staff - just letting you know if you book this place for more people and dont pay enough attention to the pictures. All in all, great place to stay, would recommend!
