Location is very good.

The shower was splashing water all over. It needs to be fixed.

Very nice location, close to beach and retail/restaurants.

Stayed in a studio, pillows were all same, no variety. Did not sleep well. Bathroom sink drained very slow, shower had no shelf to keep toiletries on. Bent fingernail backwards trying to open patio door, even my husband said it was hard to open. Internet never worked. Place was dated and reservations where made Over a year in advance. My Daughters all had nicer room and they made reservations within a couple months before trip :/

Location is excellent. Full kitchen in the suit is excellent. Sofa bed is very comfortable for sleep.

The carpet is dirty when we check in.

The location was excellent. Also, the rooms were fully equipped and comfortable. The personnel was very kind and cooperative.

It would have been better if the property had provided the housekeeping service as in any regular hotel.

The hotel is in a great location. The apartment was a great size and the view is breathtaking. We loved sitting on the balcony, soaking in the view. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept really well. The kitchen was well equipped and while we didn't cook, there was certainly enough equipment to do so. The apartment really was lovely.

While the kitchen and bathroom were spotless the rest of the apartment was not. All of the tables were glass topped and were very dirty. They still had dirty glass marks on them. The sofa had food crumbs all over it and the rug in the living room had food etc all over it. I advised reception, and someone was sent up to clean, but they didn't do the bedroom side tables or any of the mirrors, so the place felt grubby. Also, they don't offer a daily clean and if you runout of any essentials they expect you to call up and request them. The charges on my booking show $456 AUD for cleaning for the 4 days so needless to say I wasn't happy with the cleanliness, the lack of cleaning and the exorbitant cleaning charge.

The location was excellent and the hospitality was excellent.

So each condo is individually owned so I'm talking bout my condo on the 9th floor 1 bedroom deluxe ocean view .Needs some tlc..lack of pans to cook with..ceiling fans pull strings wouldn't retract.the toilet mechanics Needs to be changed its jimmy rigged.the partition was not correctly attached to the wall .

The views were beyond our expectations! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great.

The bathroom windows were see through with no frosted glass or curtains. The shower was also see through making our daughter very uncomfortable while showering. We had travelled with taller people who confirmed. They could see into the bathroom.

The location is fantastic! Close to the beach and easy walk to shops and restaurants etc. Fantastic sunsets and you are in the perfect location for fireworks on Friday night.

The room was clean but very dated. I have stayed in this facility before and the room was fantastic, not this time. Beds just okay, pillows need replacing, gas hobb did not work, even though a non smoking facility, you could smell smoke or weed when on the lanai. Furniture totally outdated as was the fan.

Great location, beautiful views.

Paying for parking. Tight parking spots.
