Pros +
- There are many things I like about this hotel. Cleanliness; it's location; the staff. But if i had to choose one thing, I'd go with the location. You're walking distance to the beach, the fine shops, good dining and right next to a convenience store.
- The location is good. Mostly everything is within walking distance. It's pretty clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the office manager.
- Friendly staff. Great location. Room is big for the price. It accommodates 4 adults well. I love it where there is a RV in the living room and a second one in the room. I like the kitchen, it¿s big. The stove is good size. The balcony is great.
Cons -
- I didn't experience anything bad. It's not a larger, full service hotel. But if you wanna ball on a budget, I think this spot checks the boxes. Staff was super friendly.
- The only thing I didn't like was our room was in the back side of the hotel and there are other hotels or business buildings in the back so the garbage truck picks up the garbage from the binds very early every morning around 4:00 am.
- It would be excellent to include parking permit so we didn¿t have to look for parking every night.There should be a recycle bin to dispose all the plastic bottle and tin can.There should be a walk through option before we check out to save cleaning fee

The location is good. Mostly everything is within walking distance. It's pretty clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the office manager.
The only thing I didn't like was our room was in the back side of the hotel and there are other hotels or business buildings in the back so the garbage truck picks up the garbage from the binds very early every morning around 4:00 am.
