The balcony was 1 ft deep and completely unusable

The room was very clean.

We requested an early check in as we travelled overnight but they were very i accommodating.

- Bedding was not clean (a brown stain on the sheet)- Mold on the room ceiling (fixed by staff after we reported it)- Poor bathroom ventilation (high humidity left towels damp)- Iron was leaking (replaced after we let the staff know)- Slippers and body lotion provided only upon request

Spacious rooms. Conveniently located close to beach and shops and eateries.

Pool is suitable for children only at only 3 ft deep.

Modern hotel, nice decor, good pool and public areas. Room with an ocean view partially blocked by large hotel to the left, but still spectacular. Good bedroom size, comfortable and clean, some noise from outside but not intrusive.

Expensive but that's Waikiki! Didn't try the restaurant as there are so many choices nearby.

Quiet, good service staff and extremely helpful reception staff.

Missed the wine tasting

Excellent location not even a block from the beach. Amazing views from our room on the 22nd floor. Rooms are impeccably clean. Amenities are nice - slippers, water bottles, perks are great. Staff are super kind and helpful.

We didn't purchase breakfast, so tried in one day as a paid breakfast - not impressed. Very expensive and not worth the value - portions are so small the plates look "poor". Hardly anyone there I think because the restaurant doesn't match the overall good value of the hotel on everything else. Not pleasant for breakfast to pay this much and get so little. This should be addressed in my opinion as it was the only thing that I didn't like.

Fantastic location. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room. Clean and comfortable. Very nice pool and spa area. Enjoyed our stay!

The food and drinks in the pool area were very expensive.

We had a really nice ocean view. Rooms were a good size the bed large and comfortable.

Basic cutlery like bowls and spoons to self cater breakfast plus wine and water glasses would have been helpful. Wine glasses were available when requested.

The location was amazing, literally a 2 min walk to Waikiki Beach. The rooms were spacious, light, beautiful, clean and comfortable. The added bonuses including water bottles and jandals, wine and ice-cream happy hour were lovely. The swimming pool and spa pool with bar facilities were awesome. All staff from the front desk to room attendants were friendly and professional. We appreciated that daughter's room was next door to ours as we had requested. We hired a rental car for 3 days and the parking was easily sorted with the hotel. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay!
